Novelty is one of my favorite spots for food - their Tawa Pulao is to die for, it tastes like heaven and the street side chaat - Samosa channa is what I crave for whenever I go there. This place is really special and yes, cows will freely walk on the streets and scare the crap out of you but it's a really nice place.
The temple situated in the middle of Sowcarpet is beautiful, it is serene and the flower lady sitting outside is so sweet. Opposite is where the amazing chaat is available.

Patni Plaza and Naidu Plaza are few complexes where you can buy cheap stuff of good quality. It starts from a hair pin to mobile phones, huge amount of items are sold and in wholesale prices.
